We have a new and exciting opportunity for one of our professional and growing clients in Summertown.

This is a new role and opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development HR Manager to demonstrate their expertise and make the role their own!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a L&D strategy which is aligned to business vision and values
  • Develop and leas the implementation of L&D projects
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to initiate training and development solutions
  • Deliver training to staff and mentoring to managers
  • Manage the L&D budget, policy and procedures

We are looking for a confident and motivated L&D professional. Experience in multiple-office locations or acquisitions and mergers would be beneficial!
