Learning & Development Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, Grade 4

The successful candidate will be based in our Stockton Office but will be required to travel as part of their role to our Head Office in Knottingley.

Real Life Options are seeking an energetic and self-motivated person to work with our Learning and Development Manager to progress and support the delivery of the organisation’s learning and development requirements.

You will provide excellent administration support to drive staff learning, growth, performance, and engagement, whilst ensuring that all staff are provided with appropriate levels of learning.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and review L&D systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
  • Coordinating the development and delivery of the organisation wide regular induction events for all new employees, ensuring the content is reviewed and updated continually in line with feedback received
  • Facilitate learning workshops to support Learning and Development Partner
  • To support the Learning and Development Manager within projects as and when needed
  • Assist operations throughout masterclass processes
  • Effectively control and monitor the apprenticeship levy fund to ensure the organisation gain full benefits of the scheme
  • To use effective communications across a variety of platforms in order to promote L&D and increase the level of engagement received from employees
  • To maintain an accurate invoice record
  • To issue learning agreements to employees as and when needed

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate learning and organisational development activities, producing accurate and up-to-date data analysis
  • Liaise with On Track relating to data capture and production of reports
  • Liaise with Operational admin for data capture and production of reports
  • Work alongside the HR Advisor to provide meaningful data and analysis’ regarding all areas within the Learning and Development department
  • To produce training analysis which is fitting with the organisational need
  • To research and report on additional free learning resources which may be of benefit to the organisation
  • Frequently use strategical tools such as the 9 box grid to assess and capture skills gap and training needs whilst analysing and using judgement as to the recommended course of action
