Due to continued growth and expansion, an additional Learning & Development practitioner, is required to provide engaging and effective training, for external clients.Working predominantly within the procurement and contract management arena, both private and public sectors. Training delivery will be either face to face, virtual or hybrid. Face to face training may be across multiple locations in the UK and on occasions overseas. Involvement will also be required in design of new training material and updates to existing material as required. You will be office based when not delivering training, with the option to work flexibly away from the office post probation when the project(s) allow.Main Duties & Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training with an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Assist in the design of learning/training utilising multiple delivery options including face-to-face instruction, webinars, action learning sets and e-learning.
  • Interact with internal design and development teams.
  • Liaise with key customer stakeholders.
  • Work on ad hoc projects within the department as and when needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstratable experience within a corporate training environment
  • Proven knowledge and credibility of procurement and contract management
  • Accustomed to mentoring and supporting development programmes
  • Ability to undergo and gain a UK Security check
  • University degree or equivalent experience
Package
  • Salary £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
