As the segway between HR and the operational part of our business; you’ll be an ambassador for ethical conduct and appropriate behavior.

Your Role:

  • Create and design Learning & Development programmes tailored to our business needs.
  • Build and deliver sessions within our dedicated learning framework.
  • Assess the needs of our business and deliver effective, proficient material aimed appropriately at your audience.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and development for success planning where applicable
  • Collaborate with the business to find new ways of delivering excellent L&D products and solutions
  • Review current offering, ensure we’re fit for purpose, including induction and e-learning packages.
  • Source and arrange internal and external suppliers to address competency gaps
  • Ensure that the L&D function offers a quality, efficient service
  • Collate session feedback and determine all support arrangements needed to facilitate smooth delivery.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:


  • Educated to secondary school standard or equivalent and familiar with L&D Learning and professional development tools.
  • Knowledge of general insurance would be extremely useful, along with a consistent track record of delivering against deadlines within a regulated, measurable framework.
  • Experience in delivering strategic feedback, coaching experience gained in a commercial setting
  • Adept at handling complex relationships, using influencing and mediating techniques as appropriate. The highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
  • Demonstrated rapport-building experience, outstanding interpersonal skills with credibility at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills comfortable interacting and presenting to colleagues or senior management.
  • Problem-solving mind-set keen to develop creative approaches and solutions.
  • Eligible to work in the UK with the ability to travel
