We are currently looking for a trainer to join our team based in Northamptonshire.

We are seeking somebody who has experience in designing training sessions focussing on leadership, personal development and potentially sales also. The ideal candidate has experience of designing material and delivering sessions to groups of around 20 people both in person and online.

We expect that the role will have around 60% of its time focussed on delivery and while most of this will be local to Northamptonshire or online, there will be a requirement to travel to client sites across the UK as well and potentially spending some time away from home. The remaining time will be spent working with clients to understand their training requirements, building modules to be delivered, or measuring performance levels following the interventions we have delivered.

The ideal person is based in or around Northamptonshire and is looking for a role where they can get really involved in the growth of the business.
