Position: LeadTheatre Practitioner

Location:Orpington

Pay:up to £43,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements

Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern

Contract -Permanent

MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art, private hospital in Orpington for a Theatre Practitioner/ODP. This lovely private hospital boasts 36 beds, 2 lamina flow theatres and 1 minor operating theatre along with a 2 bedded enhanced recovery a range of procedures.

As a Lead Theatre Practitioner you will have strong communication skills and several years’ experience in a senior or lead role. You will act as a mentor for more junior team members and help to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered too and that top patient care is given at all times.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and career development.
