Method Resourcing have partnered with a highly successful, family-run organisation with a circa £70 million turnover who are looking to hire an experienced Lead Developer who has the tenacity and drive to take their team and products to new heights The role: You can expect to lead and mentor the development team in the design, development and successful delivery of applications and integration’s. This is a very collaborative environment and promotes continuous improvement, scalable technical solutions and customer service. This is a unique opportunity for a Lead .NET Software Developer to lead and direct the software function in a pioneering business which provides autonomy to write code as you see fit. The skills we’re looking for: Commercial experience using .NET and C# Web services, API, MS office, EA Some front end knowledge, React, Angular etc - (this can be optional but would be preferred) Strong, Prolonged Azure Knowledge (Expertise) with hands on day-to-day experience e.g. CI/CD, Understanding azure resource, Arm Templates, building and coding etc Knowledge of breaking down and distribute microservices (holistic approach) potentially more of an architects view. Strong knowledge of SQL Experience of Leading a Team and having a friendly approach Alongside a competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000, my client offers a solid benefits package including competitive holidays, on-site parking and a pension contribution above market average. This role will provide the ability for progression. This role will be fully remote with office attendance 2 times per month located in Gloucester for whiteboard sessions, social events and team meetings.
