As a Lead Security Officer at G4S, you are more than a Security Guard. You’ll assume full responsibility for all aspects of the site, outside normal working hours. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.
It’s a varied role that includes assuming responsibility for and supervise the on duty shift, carrying out security briefings with staff, and providing a security handover when relieved of duty by the oncoming Shift Supervisor. With a keen eye and a brilliant way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities.


Due to licensing requirements, you must be over 18 to apply for this position. You will be a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key. Experience in a similar role is desirable. You must be flexible and available to work on a 2 days, 2 nights, 2 off basis.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
