ROLE: Lead Digital Product Manager : responsible for setting out & delivering the customer experience focussed product roadmap for a fast expanding FINTECH.

LOCATION: Cheshire (1 to 2 days office based)

SALARY: £75k to £85k

COMPANY:FINTECH - Start up (3 years ago) on an exciting growth journey following a recent investment raise (£3m), they are thriving with an amazing roadmap on their agenda.

THE PERSON / RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the CEO, we are looking for an inspiring and ambitious Product Manager with a brilliant track record of success in high growth and innovative tech leading companies delivering brilliant digital focussed product innovation.

You will play a KEY role in spotting opportunities to disrupt the industry and being inspired by innovation, you will have the expertise to turn an idea into an opportunity!

Operating in a scrum environment, you will lead your team by setting a compelling vision of success and through product sprints; will prioritise the backlog (workload); marshal resources as appropriate; and make rapid and material business decisions to ensure full product delivery.

There will be little to copy and lots to learn! You will need to use your knowledge of customer insight, your problem solving and a great deal of creativity to conjure new commercial angles, customer journeys and outcomes in order to assist the business to deliver on its mission.
