Job DescriptionLead Product Manager – Employee Experience
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Product Manager – Employee Experience. The role will be working closely with Head of Departments and focusing on employee experience suite of products and solutions.
The Lead Product Manager is responsible for the strategy and direction of digital products, establishing clear priorities and product roadmaps that innovate and improve our colleague’s digital experiences
We are looking for someone who can inspire and work with wider teams to ensure an all-inclusive and consistent end-to-end customer experience, building a deep understanding of end-user needs to establish clear priorities that impact overall strategic outcomes.
This is a business critical role, which will be pivotal in the organisations roll out of Microsoft 365 , gaining stakeholder buy-in, and playing a pivotal role in instilling best practices towards product development and management.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the organisation to embed a culture of learning and continuous improvement by working with teams to identify, implement and embed areas for process improvement, innovation and efficiency.
- Responsible for driving new capabilities, features and adoption across our employee experience products and technologies.
- You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, using product management and Agile practices, to develop and roll-out operations that meet and help deliver organisational strategy and objectives.
- Use product management principles and approaches.
- You’ll be responsible for mapping business processes and leading adoption & change management initiatives.
- Able to collate, organise, analyse and use information to plan and deliver services, products and technology improvements.
- Experience of building and delivering a product roadmap or project plan and aligning it with strategies and other product roadmaps
- You will have a proven track record of working and delivering in a fast-paced environment, driving improvement, innovation and change
- Demonstrable experience of creating and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, working collaboratively and building successful working relationships
- Experience of presenting complex technical information, in writing and verbally, to non-technical staff and senior leaders.
- Be experienced in working on multiple complex projects with fixed and challenging delivery dates. An understanding of agile methodology and how to apply this.
- You’ll be passionate about working with a user-centric mind set; collaborating day in day out with end-users to make things better
