The Organisation

A leading FMCG manufacturer based in Banbury seeking to recruit a Lead Inventory Analyst.

The Role

Develop, inventory control measures and corrective action plans.
Analysing large data sets related to stock and inventory.
Optimising tools and processes
Daily/ Weekly waste analysis
Reviews daily transactions, daily reconciliation, and cycle counts.
Research inventory discrepancies and system issues in our production facility and logistics.
Assist in weekly/monthly reporting analysis, research, Inventory balance sheet and stock
reconciliation.
To act in a supervisory capacity to inventory planners
Adapting to changes and problem solving quickly

The Candidate

Previous experience working within the Food or FMCG Industry working as Inventory Analyst, Stock Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience dealing with large complex data sets.
Great analytical ability – spotting trends, errors etc.
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and MS Office
