This is a fantastic opportunity to join the high performing HR Team for an Ofsted “good” rated College. We are looking for enthusiastic team players to bring fresh ideas to drive change in our HR practices. The role will be suitable for a hybrid of homeworking/office based.

Working with, and supporting the HR Business Partners in either Curriculum or Business Support, you’ll undertake challenging case and project work in the full employee lifecycle. You’ll use your communication skills to build strong relationships, advise, coach and develop training for managers at a tactical level, ensuring that decision making is consistent with current employment legislation and good practice. You’ll use your knowledge to develop and be able to support the resolution of employee relations issues.

You’ll already have broad HR experience including ER cases, change management, recruitment campaigns, a good knowledge of employment law and a clear understanding of people strategies. This role will enable you to gain a greater depth of experience across the varied HR specialisms which will stand you in good stead for progressing into a BP role.
