This role requires a focussed individual who is organised and passionate about making a difference for our school and local community. The post-holder will deliver a good level of Facilities/Premises provision with a hands-on approach to undertake the work and have the ability to delegate and motivate the Facilities Team.

Experience is crucial to this role. Candidates must have good organisational and communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player.

Hours of work will be on a rota basis and overtime (after school and weekends) may also be available when business needs arise.

We are looking for a Lead Facilities Officer who is:

  • Reliable, highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Experienced with an excellent knowledge and understanding of good facilities management.
  • Keen on attention to detail, has high standards and takes pride in their work.
  • Keen to be part of a collaborative team of staff in our cluster of schools.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexible to support various events happening during opening and out of hours.
  • Someone with good maintenance and practical skills.
