Lead Engineer up to 65k for B2B Tech Startup

Lead Engineer up to £65,000 for a B2B Tech Startup that provides a leading Rebate Management SaaS platform.

As a Lead Engineer you will be working alongside a team of experienced software engineers, where you will apply your technical and problem solving capabilities to create and maintain our applications. We are looking for hands on practitioners within the Microsoft tech stack; C#, .Net core, Azure.

The company currently has a team of 70 Engineers that are split into sub-teams of 7/8 people, each sub team has a different focus area of the business, UX, DevOps, QA, SRE, etc.

  • Stratford Upon Avon, working one day a week in the office.
  • £55,000 to £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 7/8 engineers and keeping a focus on project direction and delivery
  • Contributing to the technical design and implementation
  • Continuous integration and automated production deployments
  • Application health and availability monitoring
  • Software design patterns driving robustness, scalability, and performance

The Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Strong hands-on experience with, C#, .Net, Angular, and Azure
  • Strong understanding of working within an Agile Environment
  • 2 + Years of full-time Professional experience as a Software Engineer
  • Hold a 2.1 honours degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another numerate subject.
