Job Description

Manage and develop a team of analysts to deliver a high-quality product

Collaborate and support the team to provide strategic and tactical direction for tooling and processes and assist with reporting pertinent information

Collaborate and support internal and external stakeholders to understand and document different requirements, processes, risks, and objectives

Facilitate detailed user stories to adhere to best practice standards across the different projects

Present estimates for effort and timescale for each ticket (PBI) and dependencies, and help prioritise PBIs in the backlog and each sprint

Report to Head of Delivery with regular updates

Requirements

Extensive experience working as an analyst in the software and technology sector

Experience working within Agile and Waterfall frameworks

Solid understanding of Azure DevOps or similar requirements and PBI ticketing/management software

Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels

Basic knowledge of technology/coding languages, e.g., Cloud (AWS), .NET, C#, SQL, react

Extensive time management skills

Nice to have

Experience With BPMN And UML, And Other Structure Approaches

Experience with SQL

Previous experience with bespoke software development or software upgrades

Other BA software and Visio, Microsoft Project, Invision, or similar
