Our Learning & Development (L&D) Co-ordinator supports our L&D team across a range of projects, to help shape the learning experiences for colleagues across Atlanta.

How will you do this?

Joining our Learning & Development Team, you will work across different projects, with a focus on designing and developing our e-Learning courses, managing our LMS system as well as our reporting requirements. Able to multitask you will be creating storyboards, as well as designing a range of digital learning solutions and developing modules that measure learning against set objectives.

With an eye for detail, you ensure the content meets the style and branding guidelines whilst making sure the modules all remain up to date. You will help the learning team implement new organisational initiatives by delivering digital learning interventions?whilst constantly evaluating the effectiveness of digital learning. Analytical in your approach, you deliver reporting to specific business areas around mandatory learning completion.

Wider support for the team includes managing venue booking for our Atlanta Academy and training facilities, whilst tracking invites and attendees for event. You will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS), helping to sole day to day requests whilst troubleshooting any problems for online users.

Create written guides for the team as needed such as induction materials

Research best practice and suggest ideas to continuously improve learning and development
