We are looking for an experienced light vehicle mechanic to work on vans and cars in Didcot. Ongoing contract. Experience working in a busy LCV Workshop.Typical Duties Include
  • Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair on a fleet of LCV Vehicles
  • Diagnostics and fault finding of vehicles defects
  • Following site health and safety
  • M.O.T Preparations
  • Following VOSA Guidelines
  • Carrying out vehicle inspections
  • Warranty work
  • Workshop-based or Roadside repairs
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge
  • Completion of associated paperwork - diagnostics of basic auto electrical systems preferred.
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as an LCV Technician/van Technician.Job Types:Full-time, Temporary contractContract length:6 monthsSalary:£27.00 per hourSchedule
