Experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer sought on a permanent basis for a leading practice in Warwickshire.

Joining our client’s bespoke firm in Stratford upon Avon, the successful lawyer will work within a small team, handling a busy caseload of civil litigation matters with minimal supervision. Utilising your skills and expertise in the field, you will provide excellent client care and service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Claims against police
• Contractual disputes
• Professional negligence
• General civil disputes
• Cross border matters
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Negotiating settlements
• Conducting own advocacy as required

The Candidate

• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
• Strong technical ability in civil litigation is a pre-requisite
• Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Has great attention to detail
• Excellent client care skills are essential
• Strives for high standards in their work
