CK Group are seeking a Laboratory Technical Specialist with an analytical background in dissolution systems, to join a global leader in Pharmaceutical testing solutions. This is a permanent role based at our clients site in Derby. Responsibilities: Offer remote troubleshooting and repairs support to customers on pharmaceutical tablet testing dissolution kits Proper use and maintenance of standard test equipment Evaluate incoming fault reports, initiate appropriate measures and ensure prompt handling of customer complaints Provide in-house training of engineers, and customer demos of instruments Your Background: Degree in Chemistry/Sciences, Life Sciences, or equivalent preferred. Industry experience on various analytical instruments (dissolution kits, HPLC, GC) Experience in the service and maintenance of research, laboratory (desirable) Good customer rapport are essential Apply: It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
