Person Specification for KS2 Teaching Assistant
The right candidate will be an eager graduate who has previous experience working in a school and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. We want to recruit a graduate who has the skills to inspire their students by displaying a love for learning. You should be able to aid understanding on a range of topics through your calm and direct explanations.

About the Role for KS2 Teaching Assistant
In this KS2 Teaching Assistant post you will be helping to add another element to class learning within KS2 exclusively. Your duties will include assisting the teachers in the popular extra-curricular activities before and after school. Part of your role will include enrolling on a series of interesting and useful training schemes where your needs will be met. You will be working closely with many different class teachers, gaining an overview of the different styles and approaches to teaching,
