Finch & Associates is a fast growing Accountancy and Tax Practice based in Clevedon, but with countrywide clients. As a firm we deal with both UK and International taxes and tax planning, with specific specialism in US Taxation.
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and client focused individual to join our US Tax team, and learn a new set of highly desirable skills.
No knowledge of US tax is required, as the successful applicant will receive full training. However, a minimum of 1 year of UK tax training is required for the role.
Full CPD & Training courses will be available to maintain competencies and develop skill sets to suit work role

Detailed Duties Will Include
  • Completion of US Tax returns
  • Preparation of UK Self Assessment Tax Returns
  • Assisting with advisory projects as required
  • Supporting colleagues with tax advice/assistance
  • Other work as determined by Line Manager and Partner
Package
  • Basic Salary - Up to £27,000
  • Annual Bonus of up to 15% of salary - depending upon firm’s performance against Target
  • 25 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
  • Christmas Eve given as additional day off (if it falls on a week day)
  • Death in Service Benefit
  • Employer Pension Contributions of 5% (after completion of successful probation period)
  • All Training costs and Annual fees paid
  • Work from Home every Friday
