Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant (SEMH) School: Primary and Secondary SEND School Requirements: Dedicated
Location: Nailsea Pay: £11.68 - £13 per hour via PAYE The School and Role This primary and secondary SEND school, based in Bristol are looking to appoint a couple of passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a small, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 3 class on a full-time basis. Working in this SEND school as part of an established team, the desired SEND Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis with SEMH needs. This full time SEND Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent, there is avaliability for full-time, part-time and ad-hoc. The classes are made up up to 6 students, 1 Teacher and between 3 and 4 SEN Teaching Assistants, therefore you will be fully supported in your new role. Requirements The ideal SEND Teaching Assistant will have:-Experience of working with KS2 and KS3
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND (preferable)
  • A passion for the progress of pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
