We are recruiting for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join a fun and busy company on a 9-12 month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of joining on perm afterwards.

As a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator you’ll be supporting the senior coordinator in both domestically and internationally customer accounts.

Your role will include:

  • Managing all aspects of Customer Accounts
  • Stock management
  • Purchase order raising
  • Processing and tracking supplier payments
  • Management of customer portals
  • Create samples for customers
  • General administration duties

Ideally, you’ll have great communication skills both written and verbally, a good knowledge of the Purchasing process and an understanding of using Excel, Outlook and the interweb.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week based at their site in Lancing. The salary is between £22,000 up to £30,000, dependant on experience within Purchasing and Logistics.

You’ll also be working a 9 – 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, however there is a chance you could be kept on for a permanent position once completed.
