This role sits within the GLASS Technology team, responsible for delivering on the GLASS multi-year Liquidity Transformation program in close partnership with Product, Operations, functional and line of business partners around the world. The program involves the migration of the global suite of Liquidity & Escrow Products from legacy liquidity platforms to a new micro services -based platform, which enables the delivery of globally consistent, user-friendly cash management solutions for clients, faster product innovation, and big data analytics.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Drive the buildout of the strategic GLASS technology program through management of technology deliveries globally
  • Drive the execution of ’Ready to Launch’ activities for new product functionality and post-implementation activities
  • Produce and monitor periodic reports of key performance indicators (KPI) for relevant parts of the program
  • Work closely with functional partners - operations, product, client service, implementations on various aspects of development, from design, build, testing, ready to launch to post implementation activities, to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements
  • Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional partners in an Agile fashion
  • Coordinate and communicate with global counterparts on projects as well as sharing of best practices
  • Support prioritization and tracking of product related initiatives to align cross functional resources against immediate opportunities and the multi-year product plan; support resource planning through creation and analysis of key product initiatives. Work with Product and Finance partners on the Investment planning process.
Background And Skill Requirements
  • Track record of working in technology teams on large and complicated programs
  • A strong understanding of modern Agile and software development practices including requirements gathering, implementing testing strategies and SDLC
  • Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
  • Strong analytical skills with very strong attention to detail. Intellectually curious about complex products and processes with an ’constant improvement’ mindset
  • Commercial mindset and approach,
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across functions and seniority levels in a large matrix organization; ability to effectively influence partners outside their reporting hierarchy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including an ability to translate complex technical, operational and regulatory information into coherent messages for both technology staff as well as for senior executives and client audiences
  • Experience in Banking, Transactional Services, Cash Management and Liquidity products is preferred but not mandatory
