Personal Lines Claims Handler

Location: Clevedon

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus and Company Benefits

The Company

We are recruiting for a respected and ambitious insurance broker in their specialist claims division.

This business support career and qualification progression and have a friendly and close-knit team.

The Role

Working on a claims diary you will handle claims from a wide range of personal lines customers. This will require good time management and customer service skills and you will need a good eye for detail reviewing policy wordings and advising on policy cover.

Working on behalf of your clients you will act as a go between from insurer and client looking to reach swift and satisfactory settlement for your clients.

The Required Skills

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a good base knowledge in insurance in a claim’s environment, ideally in personal lines

You will need good communication skills and telephone manor and be able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment

Negotiation experience is preferable with the ability to use initiative

Good IT Skills Are Required
