- £11.00 - £12.00 paye per hour
- £12.00 - £13.00 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour
- £13.00 - £14.00 umbrella per hour
All rates displayed are depending on skill and experience.
Working days and hours:Monday to Fridays, between 8am - 5pm (flexible hours, totalling 7.5 hours per day)

Job Summary
- You will coordinate five elements of the Trusts Clinical Effectiveness Programme of work in support of the delivery of the Trusts Clinical Effectiveness agenda, to include:
- Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement.
- NICE.
- Response to and Participation in Best Practice (such as NCEPOD).
- Clinical Guidelines.
- CQUIN administration.
- The post holder will bring key organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team and with Divisional Teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Clinical Audit
- To support the implementation of clinical audit, Quality Improvement and other clinical effectiveness processes throughout the Trust as a mechanism for improving the quality of care.
- Have oversight of the Clinical Audit Plan, ensuring priority projects are agreed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Support the coordination and completion of mandatory audits for inclusion in the Trusts Clinical Audit Plan.
- Design audits and Quality Improvement Capture forms.
- Provide basic analysis from submitted audit data in MS Excel and in word reports.
- In liaison with the lead Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator for National Clinical Audits (NCA) ensure all NCA for a given Division(s) are tracked on a central NCA portal.
- NICE
- In liaison with the lead Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator for NICE ensure NICE processes are robustly implemented and monitored, prioritising interventional procedure guidance (ensuring Divisional Leadership Teams respond to these requests in a timely manner).
- Provide monitoring reports to the Divisional team(s) regarding NICE guidance, escalating non-compliance to the Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator.
Requirements:
To commence employment as a Personal Assistant (with Minute-Taking) via Your World Healthcare, you must be fully registered and compliant via Your World Healthcare in the first instance. To become compliant, you will need to:
- Complete full work registration via Your World Healthcare (prior to commencing employment)
- Hold a clean valid enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or a valid DBS currently registered with the update service (if held by a third party). If you do not yet hold a clean valid enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or a valid certification of a DBS registered with the update service (with photographic evidence of this) - you will be required to apply for a new DBS as part of your application via Your World Healthcare. This can be applied as part of the full work registration process.
- Complete mandatory online training modules required by our healthcare client to commence employment successfully. (Please note: This will be set up via Your World Healthcare recruitment as part of your registration process and must be completed prior to commencing employment.
- Provide a minimum of 2x professional employment/educational references covering the last 3 years.
