Learning Support Assistants (LSA) - Full-time, part time and bank staff opportunities available - Lancing area, West Sussex, UK.

Pink Tile Education are the specialists in teaching opportunities across Sussex. Currently we are recruiting for a wonderful, forward thinking and ambitious schools in West Sussex who are seeking a LSA to join their highly skilled teams.

This opportunity with involve working closely with primary aged children to support their development. Whether you are a supply teacher looking for additional work, an experienced TA/LSA or someone looking for their first step into working with children, we can find you the perfect opportunity.

For new LSAs/TAs, becoming a member of our bank staff team will give you amazing opportunities to get your foot in the door and expand your CV job experience for future roles in working with children.

Teaching Assistant required - Lancing area, West Sussex

Minimum Requirements:

  • Natural ability when working with young people, especially those with SEND.
  • Passion for helping and supporting children develop confidence and achieve.
  • Behaviour management skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be processed after applying during compliance).
Desirables:
  • Nursery experience/personal care experience
  • NVQ Level 2/3
