Gateway Housing Association is an ambitious London based housing association with 3,000 homes. Our purpose is to provide great homes for people in East London and to support local communities to thrive. We are approaching our second year of our three-year ’Unlocking Performance’ company strategy and aim to deliver 390 homes by 2023. Our Vic Johnson House redevelopment has been awarded Inside Housing Development Urban award - Best Old People’s Development in 2021. And in 2019, our Regency Court redevelopment was shortlisted in the Best Development Category.

We’d love to meet you if you:

  • Are obsessed with achieving consistently high customer services
  • Can communicate in a customer friendly way (written and verbal), and build great relationships with others
  • Have experience of project management (in housing development)
  • Have a good understanding of contracts, contract obligations, liabilities
  • Experience of performance managing multi-disciplinary project teams, developers, and contractor
  • Can project manage housing developments from inception to completion
  • You have excellent risk management organizational, administrative and IT skills
  • And you can work well under pressure

Some evening and weekend work will also be required.
