Deputy Shop ManagerYou will join as a Deputy Manager to oversee the running of a busy retail outlet ensuring that stock is sourced, sorted, processed and merchandised throughout the week in a timely manner. Recruiting and maintaining a large team of volunteers is also a requirement together with administering to the business needs of this outlet.Deputy Shop Manager Requirements:The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly. The position is offered for 7 hrs per week to include Saturdays on a rota basis. Retail supervisory experience is preferred together with working knowledge of Health and Safety.
