A fantastic opportunity for a DEPUTY MANAGER as recently arisen to work with one of the leading providers in the UK for social care services for Adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs at one of their supported living/domiciliary sites in West Bromwich.


If you are a currently a deputy manager, strong team leader or maybe a home or service manager looking to take a step down then this may be the next opportunity that you are looking for.


The service that you will be deputy manager for is 15 bed service for adults between the ages of 18- 65 with various disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health. It is a GOOD rated CQC service and offers a comfortable and homely setting for its residents.


To be considered for this role you must have experience in leading a team, writing, and reviewing are plans, conducting risk assessments, liaising with social services, hospitals, GPs and families. As well as having experience of internal and external audits, CQC inspections, safeguarding, rotas and recruitment. It is desirable for you have experience within learning disabilities and/or mental health and if you have experience supporting adults that self-harm then even better.


For your hard work and commitment, you will get the opportunity to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, a starting salary of £24,000 per year, a desirable pension and healthcare package and the chance to develop your career with on the job training, on boarding and NVQ’s in Leadership and Management.
