CNC Turner - GBP16 per hour + Benefits - Clevedon, BS21

The Role

Are you a skilled CNC Turner looking for your next career move? Do you have the ability to operate, set, and program with precision using Fanuc controls?

A.D.S. LTD, a small, modern, and well-equipped Precision Engineering Company, is in search of a talented CNC Turner. As our new CNC Turner, you will be responsible for the programming, setting, and operation of our Goodway machine with main and sub-spindle, boasting power tooling and Y-axis functionality. While primarily focusing on CNC operations using Fanuc, the role also entails manual turning and gear cutting, for which training can be provided.

Flexible work hours, with the current shift being 7.15am - 3.30pm or 7.45am - 4.15pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7.45am - 3.30pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set, and operate our Goodway machine equipped with Fanuc.

Undertake manual turning assignments.

Gear cutting (training available for those unfamiliar with this process).

Ensure high-quality precision work for both one-off and small batch components.

Adhere to safety and company standards at all times.

The Person

Previous Experience With Fanuc CNC Is Essential.

Manual turning experience is highly desirable.

Strong commitment to precision and detail.

Openness to learning and acquiring new skills, particularly in gear cutting.
