We are looking for Care and Support staff for our community care service users in Broad Meadow Extra Care Scheme (Dudley – DY1 2LH)

Experience is not essential as full free training is provided

Job requirements:

  • To deliver a consistently high standard of care to our Service Users within their own home.
  • Provide personal care and support to service users for example, washing, bathing, and toileting, you also need to be able to prepare meals, refreshments or snacks.
  • Promote independence where possible.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with Service Users and their families providing support and empathy.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with Healthcare Professionals.
