About The Role

Nobilis Care are recruiting for community-based Carers in Clevedon. We are a growing company with the passion to provide the best quality of care to all our service users, no matter their needs.

We are excited to announce that for all new starters you will be paid
  • £200 when you complete your induction training
  • £500 when you complete a full three months of work as a care worker
  • £100 for every referral that you make
  • Additional significant bonus’ for shifts worked during the school holidays
Pay and Benefits:
  • Weekday: £9.50 per hour
  • Weekend: £10.50 per hour
  • Bank Holiday: £16.00 per hour
  • Mileage: £0.45p per mile
We have a range of shifts available, these include:
  • Morning Shift: 7am - 2pm
  • Evening Shift: 2pm - 10pm
Ideally you will be able to work two evenings a week and every other weekend.

The role:
  • Providing personal care and support to our service users
  • Promote independence for our clients
  • Giving emotional and physical support
  • Supporting with medication and meal preparation
We only ask you to have a Full UK Driving License and access to your own car as this is Domiciliary Care Work.
