Assistant Manager required for a busy local pub/restaurant in Clevedon. We are looking for someone to join the friendly Old Inn team. To work along side the landladies to continue the success of the pub. Must be able to work days/evenings/weekends.Trustworthy and reliable. Duties will include looking after the cellar. This will include looking after the stock and cleaning.keeping the stock in excellent condition and fit for sale. A good knowledge of ales would be a advantage.To be able to manage stock levels and order stock. To open up and close down a shift. Motivate staff and guide them whilst on duty.To cash up at the end of the evening and put tills in the mornings. To take control of the everyday running off the pub in the absence of the landladies. The successful applicant will work along side the kitchen. Lias with the chef making sure what we have the ongoing daily running of the pub. Also bring any ideas or knowledge to make our pub more successful. This position will be rewarded with a very good rate of pay for the right person.
