Knockhill Racing Circuit’s on site catering team are recruiting an experienced Front of House Supervisor. Knockhill hosts some of the most exciting events in the country and this is a great opportunity to become part of these wonderful events.

Knockhill is an extremely busy event venue through the Summer months so candidates should have experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Knockhill is remotely located, therefore, a Driver’s licence is essential.

A variety of shift patterns are available, applicant will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Weekend working is essential.

Day to day duties:

  • Greeting and serving customers.
  • Providing detailed information on menus.
  • Multi-tasking various front-of-house duties.
  • Serving regular guests as well as events and private party guests.
  • Manage the Front of House Team, including staff training & development
  • You’ll be responsible for supporting the management in day to day tasks, taking orders, serving excellent quality food and drinks.
  • You’ll work as part of a close team in an exciting, fast paced environment.
  • You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures.
  • Making hot drinks to a Barista standard.
