We are looking for someone with a great idea of what clean looks like. You will begin with the head chef so that you understand your role within the kitchen.

You will be quick on your feet be flexible and must be available at weekends.

Duties will include supporting the chefs and making sure the work environment is clean and tidy at all times.

Working on potwash so that the equipment is ready for the chefs.

Prepping vegetables and other dishes where necessary
