We are looking to recruit an experienced and committed food service assistant with sound knowledge of food safety, health and safety and food preparation.
Applicants must have good time management skills and be a natural multi-tasker who can work quickly and efficiently during busy periods. They must also be able to tolerate a pressured, kitchen working environment and be prepared to stand for long periods of time.
Duties will include:
⭐️Maintain a clean environment within the kitchen and preparation area.
⭐️Ensure that all daily checks, including temperature control during production, preparation, service and storage are carried out properly.
⭐️Maintain the highest standards of health, hygiene and safety and actively assist in maintaining a five star food hygiene rating.
⭐️Maintain an excellent level of customer service and promote a positive image of the business.
⭐️Undertake any other tasks appropriate with the duties and responsibilities of the post.
⭐️The ability to cover for holidays and sickness.
16 hours per week/occasional weekend work required
