Kitchen Chef Assistant
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our existing establish team. This is a full-time position. We are open 7 days a week, and your shifts would reflect this. evening work will be required. Working days include weekends and Bank Holiday.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• A personal interest in Mediterranean and exciting food.

• Up to date knowledge of current Cook-Safe and Health and Safety guidelines.

• Experience in stock control and waste management.

• Have a professional, positive and co-operative attitude.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. You will be working in a high volume environment.

• Ability to support the head chef and have excellent communication skills.

• Assist with managing and storage of food with an excellent knowledge of stock control

• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude

• Must be able Handel and cook deferent meats including pork!
