Role - Key Worker

Location - Based in the community and/ or service user homes. This role requires commuting to the different locations

Salary - £19,760PA + £68 sleep in

Full time - 37-40hpw

I am looking for an experienced Key Worker to join a well-known Charity which provides 24h care and support to adults that need it most.

The successful candidate will be someone who takes personal pride in their work and is committed to producing work of highest quality, shows initiative in improving results

Your responsibility is to ensure Service User needs are understood and that the service provided is focused on the achievement of their personal goals and maximising their independence. You will be having the support of the Manager/Deputy to understand the requirements of the job and its priorities, and to identify any learning needs in the job via regular supervisions to plan and to review performance. Also, you will be liaising with other professionals who are in contact with Service Users, such as Social Workers, DSS Staff, or Therapists, to ensure co-ordination of the support offered to Service Users.

Essential for you

Experience of Key Working or Support Working

Strong MS Office skills including Microsoft Word & Outlook.

Your car so you could easily travel in the area

Enjoys working as part of a team, helps supports and leads others
