Role Description

Media Ace Creative Production is seeking a Junior Account Handler to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Thame. The Junior Account Handler will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, including tasks such as managing schedules, creating reports, following up on orders, and maintaining client communication. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or a related field is a plus
