We are an established consultancy operating for 30 years providing Client Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services to the wide-ranging and varied leisure and hospitality sectors.

Due to growth, we are looking for Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our team assisting and working with Clients and locations across the country. This exciting opportunity would suit a person who wishes to gain wide office and site experience to progress and develop their all-round skill set.

The key responsibilities are assisting/preparation:

  • cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, cost planning, specifications and schedule of rates
  • procurement advice, tenders, tender reviews and advice.
  • contract documentation building contract forms.
  • regular financial reviews and cost reporting
  • Interim valuations, Contractors’ claims and settlement of Final Accounts.

The applicant should be:

  • with at least one year’s experience (Leisure/hospitality experience preferable but not essential).
  • self-motivated and well organised
  • able to use initiative and have excellent attention to detail.
  • able to deal with people at all levels and have good client facing communication skills.
  • able to work under pressure with a varied workload.
  • a full UK driving licence.
