NKG Systems Ltd are hiring: Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

An exciting opportunity for Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction company who work on external facades.

Our offices are based close to Stourbridge.

You shall be working on numerous bespoke projects along with some more conventional builds.

Our business is expanding steadily hence this fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

What it’s about:

Office based predominantly, however site visits will be required from time to time.

A full driving license is essential.

Assisting the project team.

Assist on all project Valuation’s and Variations.

Maintain control/monitor materials & sundries purchased from site.

Negotiate rates, terms & place orders for major materials packages.

Working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

1 year or more experience working as a junior or a assistant QS.

Have a good working knowledge MS office-intermediate level of Excel.

A practical, logical and methodical approach to thinking and problem solving.

Be confident in dealing directly with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Clients and Suncontractors.
