Who you will be:

  • Previous experience as a waiter, ideally with some knowledge of Room Service
  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
  • Charismatic and confident in engaging in conversation with customers
  • Excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Are immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of both customers and colleagues
  • High volume experience within a hotel/restaurant environment
  • Must have right to work in UK
