Location: Flexible, with UK travel required

Contract type: Permanent, full-time with flexible working options and Associate Project based contracts.

Salary: Competitive, starting from £30,000pa + benefits

About You

We are looking for Junior Consultants who are ambitious and would like to grow and learn working as part of a growing company.

To be right for the role – you should have a combination of the below skills and experiences, including:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree is desirable
  • Project Management qualification is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects with a focus on delivering business change.
  • Experience of working in project teams and having responsibility for workstreams or key deliverables,
  • Experience of working in or with the public sector, with knowledge of local government, health and universities would be desirable,
  • A team player who understands of how to work in a values-based environment,
  • The potential to develop a commercial mindset keen to develop across the consulting life-cycle from sales to delivery.
  • A great communicator who thrives working with a wide range of people,
  • Excellent analytical, written and presentation capabilities
  • Comfortable with nationwide travel and be prepared in some cases to stay over-night when working at client site.
