We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Junior/Trainee Process Instrumentation Sales Engineer.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in the field of sales within the Process Instrumentation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in generating new leads, building relationships with customers, and closing deals.
  • Learn about the different products and solutions offered by the company and develop a thorough understanding of their features and benefits.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and keep track of the competition.
  • Assist in the scheduling and organization of customer meetings and site visits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all customer requirements are met.

You will be supporting our External Sales Manager and qualified EC&I team to
deliver technical advise, product information, and support
services at the highest levels. The sales department is an important part
of our business that keeps our customers plants supplied with the correct and most efficient technologies

Customer service is a top priority for our business, so we are looking for a candidate with not only the engineering attributes, but somebody who can deliver a world class
customer experience.

This role will also allow for the successful applicant to spend some training time in the field with our service engineers, installing, calibrating and carrying out fault finding.

There will be regular opportunities to undertake training alongside your
apprenticeship and eventually we would expect you to progress into a more
senior engineering role supervising others.

Things to consider;

There is opportunity to advance quickly. Occasional staying away may be
necessary (All expenses paid for). Regular pay increases in line with
progression will be given. All equipment and PPE costs will also be covered.
