Kitchen staff wanted for a Rosette Hotel in Gloucestershire Candidates need either to reside in the UK or have worked there before. The hotel This luxury 4 hotel, awarded with 2 rosettes, is renowned as one of the most luxurious spa hotels in the Cotswolds. 35 bedrooms and within a 220-acre meadowland that has lots to do; tennis courts, climbing frames, outdoor pool, running routes, cycle tracks, a disc golf course and a woodland gymnasium The restaurant is run by a Michelin star Chef and is light and spacious and serves simple but very tasty food. The village-style pub also adjacent to the main house, has complete with open fire, fireside grill, stone floors and a proper British pub food menu. Looking for: 1 Junior Sous Chef – salary £27.500/annum 2 CDPs – salary £25.000/annum 1 Demi chef– salary £22.500/annum 2 Commis Chefs, salary £21.000/annum Salaries are based on 45hr/week with overtime in addition plus tips.
