Junior Sommelier - Luxury 5* Hotel - Hampshire - Live in Available

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and charismatic person to join the team at a luxury 5* hotel in Hampshire as a Junior Sommelier.

You will be responsible for supporting the sommelier team to deliver a 5 * service to guests.


An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and be passionate about people and the delivery of exceptional guest service.


The Ideal Candidate…
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar high standard restaurant
  • WSET 2 or equivalent an advantage
  • Be keen to learn and grow within the team
  • Be hands on with a "can do" attitude
  • Work well as part of a professional team
