The Company:
Sephra manufacture and distribute the worlds most trusted commercial chocolate fountains and produce through partners the finest fountain ready fondue chocolate. We have an extensive range of Waffle Bakers, Crepe Makers, Popcorn Machines and Commercial Donut Makers along with the consumables to support each piece of equipment. Supplying to both professionals and domestic customers in over 40 countries around the world, both directly and through an expanding network of Authorised Distributors.

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive. Reporting directly to the sales manager, within this office-based role the key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Analysis and reporting of customer data by running reports and saved searches on ERP system Oracle NetSuite.
  • Communicating by phone and video meetings regularly with existing customer base discussing new products and opportunities.
  • Proactively identifying and researching new business leads.
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Following up on leads and understanding customer needs, gathering market intelligence, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Setup and clean down for customer demos sessions in training kitchen.
  • Testing and feedback of new products to be evaluated by purchasing.
  • Working collaboratively with the operations and marketing departments to find ways of promoting new or essential product lines to targeted sectors.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience of working on the telephone preferred.
  • Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Data analysis & reporting, identifying gaps and sales trends.

The successful candidate will be an intelligent, enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated individual. It is essential that you have the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organisation. You must be highly organised, enabling you to prioritise and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

We’re particularly interested in speaking to candidates who possess outstanding customer service skills along with strong communication abilities. While prior experience in telesales is a plus, it’s not a strict requirement as we’re prepared to provide training. However, we’re specifically looking for individuals who exhibit solid resilience due to the nature of this role, which involves making a number of outbound calls throughout the day.
