Junior Safety Technician – Rainham

Our Junior Safety Technicians are responsible for testing and running checks on a large variety of safety equipment not requiring any service or repair.

Duties include


  • Testing and running safety equipment in line with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements.

  • Assessing whether equipment can be made available for hire in a cost effective way.

  • Completing Pre-Delivery Inspections.

  • Use internal software to record servicing activity and consumption of spare parts.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate would preferably be qualified in a related technical area such as electronic, electrical, computer or mechanical engineering, however, depending on experience, possessing the willingness to learn and an authentic attitude may be sufficient as full training will be given.


  • Good communication skills

  • Be willing to complete a DBS check

  • Confident in dealing with colleagues and customers effectively

  • Great team player but can work just as effectively individually
