As a Junior PythonDeveloper, you will play a key role in designing, implementing andmaintaining high-performance, scalable Python applications andservices.
What will I spend my time on atNoriker?
- Working towards a full understandingof the business objective as a whole, and support steps towards thatobjectives
- Support the end-to-end softwaredevelopment lifecycle, including assisting with the planning,design, implementation, testing and deployment of key pieces ofsoftware
- Support with the design, developmentand maintenance of efficient, scalable and effective code
- Working closely with Senior PythonDevelopers, optimise application performance through efficientcoding and architectural improvements
- Keeping updated on emergingtechnologies and trends within the Python ecosystem, recommendingand implementing best practices

- You’ll be degree qualified in CS ora STEM subject, with at least 2 years software developmentexperienced
- A minimum of 1 years professionalPython development experienced
- Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
- Have some knowledge of, and bewilling to develop in, at least two of: RESTful APIs, JavaScript,CSS3 + SASS, Pandas, NumPy, MySQL, Django, PostgreSQL and GCP cloud
- Have some knowledge or experienceworking with GIT, Linux, and standard development organisation tools
- Able to work in a fast changingenvironment to achieve sometimes tight deadlines
